IF YOU LIVE ON A SHARED DRIVE THE HOUSE NUMBERS OR STICKERS MUST BE PLACED ON TRASH CANS. IF NO NUMBERS ARE ON THE CONTAINERS A TOTAL OF 8 BAGS OF TRASH ONLY WILL BE PICKED UP AT THAT SITE.
IF THESE THINGS ARE NOT DONE AND YOUR TRASH IS MISSED THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS. IT WILL BE PICKED UP ON YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY .

What happens if I have more than 8 (30 gallon)?

Road Construction?

Our trucks may run earlier or later depending on road construction.
If trash is not out at the time of pickup, no return trips will be made, it will be picked up on your next regular pickup day.

What happens during bad weather?

Safety for our employees and others traveling on the road is most important.
During the winter our trucks may run earlier or later depending on weather conditions. If trash is not out at the time of pickup, no return trips will be made, it will be picked up on your next regular pickup day.
In some cases the roads may not be able to be serviced due to the severe weather. In these cases please contact your local government for road clearing. Service will be the following week on your normal service day weather permitting.

What do I if I forget to put my trash out?

Please make sure garbage is out the night before and your address and cans are clearly labeled.
Return trips will not be made when garbage is not out by the road when our trucks are there to provide service.

What do I do with items that can not be placed in the garbage?

Contact your local Health Department for a list of special drop off days for tires, appliances, batteries and electronics
