 Attention Residential Non Contract Customers Only

You will notice a change in the way your bill looks. You will no longer see a fuel surcharge listed on the bill starting in April 2024. Your total due will remain the same. 

For example if you were paying $25 per month with the fuel surcharge your bill will remain $25.

*Contracted customers are only customers that live within the corporation of the following towns: Shawnee, Corning, Murray City

STOPPED SERVICE - All customers

• Residential Customers will be charged a $10 restart fee if your account is placed on stop service
• Commercial Customers will be charged a $25 restart fee of you account is placed on stop service                      

*If we are unable to reach you and we must send an additional (not a regular bill) notice to your address your account will be charged a $3 fee. *Make sure your phone is current on your account to prevent this charge.

• Billing occurs on a Bi-Monthly cycle. When you receive your bill it will be for the next 2 months of service. 
• All payments are due by the end of the month prior to the start of the service month. Example Bill is for May and June, then payment is due by April 30th.
• Bills can be Paid Online by clicking Pay Bill on the home page. You will need your Account Number and the last four digits of the phone number on file to access your online account.
• Credit Card Payments are accepted over the phone.
• STOPPED SERVICE - If you account is placed on stopped service due to nonpayment you will be required to pay the back bill including late fess and charges along with 2 additional months to restart service.
• Extra Service Fees will be required to be paid at the time of scheduling service with the office.
• Fuel Surcharge - Effective 4/1/2022 Everything costs more these days, there’s no way around it. Fuel cost is over 50% more than it was in January 2021. The cost of petroleum-based products has increased over 30%. Tire prices have increased by more than 15%, while oil and lubricant expenses increased multiple times during 2021. To help offset the rising operating cost we must implement a fuel surcharge. This was a very difficult decision for our company to make and when prices drop we will make sure the savings will be passed along to our customers.
